St. Patty's Runners Expo

Join KLite 106.3 Friday, March 14th at the St Patty' Runners Expo where there will be exhibitors and more! Runners and bicyclists MUST pick up their packets at the Expo at the Pikes Peak Center, 190 S Cascade Avenue. The Expo will be Friday, March 14, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Limited Package Pickup on Race Day). Click here for more info.

Also, join us Saturday, March 15th for the St Patrick's Day 5k and 50k bicycle ride, we will be onsite beginning at 8am! This is the 30th running of one of Colorado Springs oldest races and fits in with the second oldest parade in our community. The 5K on St. Patrick's Day kicks off the start of the running season for runners in the Springs. For most of the races, the weather has been quite marvelous, with just enough of a nip in the air. The 5K is one of the fastest 5K's in Colorado Springs and will be run on Tejon Street, starting and ending at Acacia Park. Click here for more info.

Bring the whole family downtown join in the fun. The weekend kicks off with the St. Patty's Sports Expo on Friday, March 14th at the Pikes Peak Center at 190 S. Cascade Avenue. Runners and Cyclists will pick up their packets and get to see over 25 Exhibitors. Free and open to the Public! Saturday Morning starts off at 8:30 am with the 50K Bike Ride, followed by the 5K Run at 10 am; the Leprechaun Fun Run at 11:00 am; and the Parade kicks off at Noon!

Over 100 parade entries, including bands, floats, flags, leprechauns, cars, firetrucks and more, highlight one of the grandest traditions in Colorado Springs, and one of the biggest events in our City! Over 30,000 cheering revelers—young and old—will line the streets as the parade winds through the heart of Downtown to the sounds of bagpipes!
